This charming Lakeside Condo has been beautifully reimagined as a bohemian sanctuary, thoughtfully designed to reflect the owners' unique artistic sensibilities and their treasured collection of antiques. The renovation process prioritized the integration of custom furniture that harmonizes with vintage heirlooms, creating a cohesive aesthetic that celebrates both the old and the new. Vibrant splashes of color were deliberately selected and artfully arranged throughout the space, infusing it with a sense of playfulness and whimsy. The outdated countertops were replaced with bespoke concrete surfaces, while the cabinetry received a fresh coat of paint to ensure a fluid transition between elements.

A guest powder room underwent a stunning transformation, enveloped in concrete and adorned with light fixtures salvaged from the owners' grandparents' estate, adding a layer of sentimental value. By repurposing existing items with custom stains and introducing new textiles, the design breathes new life into previously overlooked pieces. The living area is nearly doubled in size by a striking wall of glass that opens onto a patio designed for relaxation and seamless indoor-outdoor living during the summer months, providing inviting spaces for both solitude and social gatherings.
